This banckrupcy procedure is rather complicated considering the companies business size. Therefore at the moment the ongoing step is related to the data security and to the reconstruction of the whole set of documents and files, including the accounting systems, in order to identify and promote all the needed actions directed towards the recovering of the bankruptcy assets also needed for paying the creditors. Considering the actual bankruptcy assets entity and the verified entity of the bankruptcy liabilities, at this moment, it seems that there are no possibilities of distributing money in favour of the chirographary creditors. The next partial distribution in favour of the preferential creditors could possibly be considered for the first part of 2009.
